ZHANG Xiwu, Secretary of CPC Leadership
Group & Chairman of the Board of Directors
aged 50,now Chairman and Secretary of CPC Leadership
Group of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited. He is also
serving as an Executive Director and Chairman of the
Board at China Shenhua Energy Company Limited.Previously,
he served as Member of CPC Party Leadership Group, President
and Director of Shenhua Group, Vice President of Shenhua
Group, Chairman, Member of CPC Committee and General
Manager of Shenhua Shendong Coal Company, Chairman and
Standing Member of CPC Committee of Shenhua Dongsheng
Coal Company, General Manager of the Fine Coal Business
Department of Shenhua Group. Mr. Zhang was Member of
CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Chief of the Bureau
of Coal Industry of Jilin Province and Deputy General
Manager of the Northeast Inner Mongolia Coal Group Company.
Earlier, Mr. Zhang also worked as First Deputy Mine
Head, Mine Head, and Assistant Bureau Chief respectively
when he was in Dayan Coal Mining Bureau, Inner Mongolia.He
has obtained a Doctoral Degree in Engineering and now
is a research fellow. |

Zhang Yuzhuo, President & Member
of CPC Leadership Group
aged 46,now President and Member of CPC Leadership Group
and Director of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited. He
is also the non-Executive Director of China Shenhua.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Shenhua Group,
Assistant President, Vice President, President and Deputy
Party Secretary of CPC Committee of China Coal Research
Institute, Deputy Director of Beijing Mining Research
Institute of CCRI.He conducted post-doctoral research
in the Department of Mining and Environmental Engineering,
Southern Illinois University Carbondale, US and the
University of Southampton, UK. Prior to that, He worked
as Deputy Director of the Research Office in Beijing
Mining Research Institute, CCRI. He is a research fellow
and has received a Doctoral Degree in Engineering. |

LING Wen, Member of CPC Leadership Group,President
of China Shenhua
aged 45,has served as the president and excutive director
of China Shenhua. Dr.Ling is also member of the CPC
Leadership Group of Shenhua Group.Prior to joining China
Shenhua, Dr. Ling served as a Vice President of Shenhua
Group. Previously he held a professorship at the school
of management of Harbin Institute of Technology,served
as Head of Industry and communication Loan Department
of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,Assistant
Governor of Division Bank Of Shenyang,Deputy General
Manager of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(Asia)
and Deputy General Manager of International Business
Dept.of ICBC.From 1992 to 1994, Dr. Ling conducted post-doctoral
research in macroeconomics in Department of Automation
of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

HAN Jianguo,Senior Engineer
aged 50, has served as Vice President and the member
of CPC Leadership Group of Shenhua Group.He is also
the Non-executive Director of China Shenhua.Previously,
he served as Chairman and General Manager of Shenhua
Coal Trading Company Limited (“Shenhua Trading”). Prior
to joining Shenhua Group,he served as the secretary
to the former Vice Minister and Chief of Raw Material
for Production Section of Economic Development Division
of the State Development and Planning Commission. He
graduated from Fuxin College of Mining and Technology
and received a master’s degree from Tongji University
in 1999. From 2004 to 2006, he studied at the EMBA Sino-European
International Business School and obtained a MBA degree.

Board of Directors of Shenhua Group. Previously, Mr.
Wang served as Assistant to the President of Shenhua
Group,General Manager of Dispatching Center,Vice Chairman
and General Manager of Shenhua Huanghua Harbor Administration
Company,General Manager of Planning Department,Vice
Manager of Production Dept.of Shenhua Group. Wang Xiaolin
held a bachelor’s degree. |

aged 48, has served as Vice President of Shenhua Group.
Previously, Mr. Li served as Vice Chief Engineer of
Shenhua Group, Chairman of Shenhua Zhunge’er Energy
Company, Head of President’s Office of Shenhua Group,and
Secretary of General Office of Ministry of Coal Industry.And
he once served as Vice Mayor of Baotou City of Inner
Mongolia Autonomous Region. Mr.Li has received a Doctoral
Drgree in Engineering. |
